Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 1, 2026
This policy describes what data this website collects and how E37 Systems handles information shared by clients and prospective clients.
What this website collects
This site is a static marketing site. It collects no personal data through forms (there are none) and does not require an account. The only data captured by us is anonymous, aggregate analytics — pageviews, referrer, browser, and country — via Google Analytics, and only when the site is configured with a measurement ID.
- No cookies are set by this site directly.
- If analytics is enabled, Google sets cookies as described in Google's privacy policy.
- No advertising trackers, no fingerprinting, no third-party pixels.
Data shared by email
When you email us at contact@e37systems.com, your message and any attachments are stored on our email provider. We use that information solely to respond to you, scope work, and keep a record of the engagement. We don't sell, rent, or share it with third parties.
Data shared during engagements
For active client engagements, the data we receive (source code, credentials, business documents) is governed by the contract for that engagement — not by this site policy. Default protections include need-to-know access within the engagement team, encrypted-at-rest storage, and deletion of credentials within 30 days of project end. Client-specific terms in a signed agreement always supersede this default.
Your rights
If you've contacted us and want a copy of what we have or want it deleted, email contact@e37systems.com and we'll handle it within a reasonable timeframe.
Children
This site and our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change with it. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for at least 30 days.
